We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your bracelet to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your bracelet must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and undamaged).
  • It must be in its original packaging (including any gift boxes, pouches, or tags).
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email).

3. How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the bracelet arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Preference: If you are returning the item due to personal preference (e.g., you changed your mind, or ordered the wrong size), you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at support@zalic.shop if the bracelet is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want (such as a different size or style of bracelet) is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned bracelet, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. All refunds are issued in USD ($).
